SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Mary Patricia "Pat" Duncan of McHenry, 
4who passed away on May 9, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Pat Duncan was born in Libertyville on August 8, 
61935 to William E. and Doris (nee Wells) McCormick; she was a 
7resident of McHenry for the past 42 years; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Pat Duncan was employed as a receptionist at Lenco 
9Electronics for several years; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Pat Duncan was a  longtime member of St. Paul's 
11Episcopal Church in McHenry; she was also active at the McHenry 
12Township Senior Services organization and enjoyed getting 
13together with friends for classes at The Studio Art School in 
14McHenry; she loved watching her grandchildren grow up and 
15spending time with them; and
  
 
  
16    WHEREAS, Pat Duncan is survived by her husband, Lenard J. 
17Duncan; her 2  daughters, Dana (Phil) Nardi and Shawna 
18Boose-Bucaro; her 2 grandchildren, Shaylee Boose and Wriglee 
19Bucaro; her brother, William Dan (Marjorie) McCormick; her 
20nephews, Patrick (Jodi Colangelo) McCormick and Bill (Nancy) 
21McCormick; and her nieces, Kelly (Lee) Spangler, Cindy

2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Mary Patricia "Pat" Duncan, and extend our sincere condolences 
5to her family, her friends, and all who knew and loved her; and 
6be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Pat Duncan as an expression of our 
9deepest sympathy.
