SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Thaddeus T. "Ted" Dabrowski, who passed 
4away on May 21, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski served in the United States Army 
6during World War II and was an active member of the Veterans of 
7Foreign Wars Post 7539 in Bloomingdale; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski served for 3 decades as Treasurer of 
9Lake Illini; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski was on the board of directors of 
11Safari Club International and the Chicago Society of Polish 
12National Alliance; he was a  member of the Chicago Rose Society, 
13the American Diabetes Association, and the neighborhood watch; 
14he was a lifelong member of the NRA and was an accomplished big 
15game hunter; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Ted Dabrowski was the beloved husband of Josephine 
17(nee Signa); the devoted father of John T.; the loving son of 
18the late Anthony and the late Kazimiera; the dear brother of 
19the late Wanda (the late Joe) Krozel; the dear brother-in-law 
20of Frank (the late Rose) Cortese; and the dear uncle and friend 
21to many; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Thaddeus T. "Ted" Dabrowski, and extend our sincere condolences 
4to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
5it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Ted Dabrowski as an expression of 
8our deepest sympathy.
