SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Jene Michael Pollow Burno, who passed
4away on May 14, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Jene Burno was born on December 3, 1970; his
6parents were James V. and Judith M. (nee Tveit) Burno; he lived
7in Union until he married Kendra Paige Epping on October 1,
81994 and subsequently moved to Genoa; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Jene Burno was employed at Woodstock Auto Body for
10several years and was a dedicated United States Postal Service
11employee for more than 15 years; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Jene Burno enjoyed working on cars, boating and
13fishing with his family up north at their "home away from home"
14on the lake, autocross with his dream car, and rehabbing houses
15with his wife and kids; he was also a self-taught "Mr. Fix-it
16Man", and his friends and family came to rely upon him to help
17with all of their projects; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Jene Burno was preceded in death by his
19grandparents; his mother-in-law; several uncles; and a niece;

1    WHEREAS, Jene Burno is survived by his wife, Kendra; 2
2sons, J and Michael; his parents; his father-in-law, Hugh
3Epping; grandpa Burno; 3 brothers, John, Joel, and Jeffrey
4(Lori); his niece and nephews; his great-nieces and
5great-nephew; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore,
6be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
9family and friends, mourn the passing of Jene Michael Pollow
10Burno; and be it further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Jene Burno as an expression of our
13sympathy.
