| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Thomas J. "Windex" Gilleran, Jr.; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Thomas Gilleran, Jr. was the beloved father of |
| 5 | | Kelly (Michael) McMahon and Patrick (Jill); the loving |
| 6 | | grandfather of Thomas, Brendan, Patrick, Jakob, and Sean; the |
| 7 | | dearest brother of Patricia Stien, John, BeeGee Schopp, and |
| 8 | | Ronnie Napoli; and the uncle, cousins, club brother, and friend |
| 9 | | of many; therefore, be it

| 10 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 11 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 12 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Thomas J. "Windex" |
| 13 | | Gilleran, Jr.; and be it further
