SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Robert "Andy" Janocha of North Chicago,
4who passed away on June 4, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Robert Janocha attended the Milwaukee School of
6Engineering; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Robert Janocha retired from Abbott Laboratories
8in North Chicago; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Robert Janocha loved to read and do puzzle books
10and was a member of PRCU; he was a Vietnam Veteran in the
11United States Army and volunteered at the Veterans
12Administration Medical Center in North Chicago; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Robert Janocha was proceeded in death by his
14father, Ted; his uncle, Anthony Janocha; and his cousin, Anne
15(Isaacson) Lakiotis; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Robert Janocha is survived by his mother, Beverly
17Benlein; his 2 brothers, David Janocha and James Benlein; his 2
18sisters, Sharon (Ron Kunda) Janocha and Becky (Bruce) Huffer;
19his 4 aunts, Anna Janocha, Mary Janocha, Theresa (the late
20Robert) Belec, and Josephine (the late Arthur) Isaacson; his 2

1nephews, Dan (Joy) Huffer and Joe (Melissa) Huffer; his niece,
2Sarah (Reed) Stratton; his 2 godchildren, Jeannie Slusar and
3Daniel Huffer; and many cousins, great-nieces and
4great-nephews; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Robert "Andy" Janocha, and extend our sincere condolences to
8his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Robert Janocha as an expression of
12our deepest sympathy.
