SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Andrew J. Bray of Gillespie, who passed 
4away on June 23, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Andrew Bray was born on February 11, 1943 in 
6Carlinville; his parents were Andrew Bray and Elizabeth (nee 
7Dunn) Bray; he married Patricia A. (nee Petrak) Bray on 
8February 16, 1963 in Gillespie; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Andrew Bray retired after many years of service as 
10a roller at a steel mill; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Andrew Bray was preceded in death by his parents 
12and his great-grandchildren; and

  
 
13    WHEREAS, Andrew Bray is survived by his wife, Patricia; 2 
14daughters, Lynette (Troy) Graves and Stephanie Bray; 2 sons, 
15Lance (Laura) Bray and Scott (Larissa) Bray; 7 grandchildren, 
16Ashleigh (Paul) Hamilton, Chelsea Marinacci, Allison Bray, 
17Paige Bray, Andrew Bray, Kacy (Stewart) Heim, and Dustin 
18Graves; 2 great-grandchildren, Blayne Pirok and Knox Hamilton; 
192 brothers, Gary (Kay) Bray and Ron (Nancy) Bray; and a sister, 
20Nancy (Arlin) Cunningham; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Andrew J. Bray; and be 
4it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Andrew Bray as an expression of our 
7sympathy.
