SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Carol A. Wade of Cary, who passed away on 
4June 14, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Carol Wade was born on October 25, 1936 in La 
6Porte, Indiana; her parents were Harold and Stella Spears; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Carol Wade served our country as a member of the 
8United States Air Force; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Carol Wade was preceded in death by her parents; a 
10son, Robert Wade; and a brother, Harold Spears; and

  
 
11    WHEREAS, Carol Wade is survived by 4 children, Rhea Wade, 
12Kimberly (Robert) Evans, Michael (Cynthia) Wade, and Michelle 
13(Robert) Motz; 10 grandchildren, Sydney, McKenzie, Danielle, 
14Lisa, Matthew, Brandon, Tyler, Joshua, Jacob, and Cooper; 4 
15siblings, John Spears, Shirley Parker, Betty Siefker and Robert 
16(Alice) Spears; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be

18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
20family and friends, mourn the passing of Carol A. Wade; and be
