SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Donald W. "Donnie" Cameron of Elgin, who 
4passed away on July 11, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron was born on June 3, 1947 in Elgin; 
6his parents were Hugh and Mildred Cooper Cameron; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron was a graduate of Elgin High 
8School; he served his country as a member of the United States 
9Navy during the Vietnam War; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron enjoyed all things nautical, 
11especially the China Tea Clipper Ships and the Titanic; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron was preceded in death by his 
13parents and a daughter, Autumn Cameron; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron is survived by 3 children, Kerri 
15Cameron, Sheila (Chris) Jones, and Donald H. Cameron; 5 
16grandchildren, Micalea, Madalyn, Mildred, Wyatt, and Audrey; 
17and 2 brothers, William (Marcia) Cameron and James (Donna) 
18Cameron; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Donald W. "Donnie" 
3Cameron; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Donald Cameron as an expression of 
6our sympathy.
