SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  James K. Ringer of McHenry, who passed 
4away on July 4, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, James Ringer was born on July 28, 1937 in Oak 
6Park; his parents were Ernest and Myra (nee Kimball) Ringer; he 
7married Mildred Holbert on August 24, 1970; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, James Ringer served his country as a member of the 
9United States Air Force; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, James Ringer was preceded in death by his wife of 
1142 years, Mildred, and his parents; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, James Ringer is survived by 2 children, Lucinda 
13(Danielle Butsch) Ringer and James (Rachel) Ringer, and 6 
14grandchildren, Aurelia, Blythe, Caden, Landon, Coltyn, and 
15Harley; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
18family and friends, mourn the passing of James K. Ringer; and 
19be it further
