SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Ernest A. Pieroni of McHenry, who passed 
4away on July 18, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ernest Pieroni was born on November 21, 1960 in 
6Woodstock; his parents were Ernest R. "Junior" and Julaine (nee 
7Tonyan) Pieroni; he married Kimberly Hay on September 15, 2000 
8in Las Vegas, Nevada; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Ernest Pieroni was a heavy equipment operator and 
10a member of Local 150; he was also one of the leaders of Boy 
11Scout Troop 131; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Ernest Pieroni enjoyed the great outdoors and was 
13an avid hunter; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Ernest Pieroni was preceded in death by his father 
15and his mother-in-law, Karen Hay; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Ernest Pieroni is survived by his wife of 15 
17years, Kimberly; 4 children, Adam Pieroni, Ben Fredrick, Amy 
18(Ryan) Bentz and Andy (fiancee, Jessica) Bentz; his mother; a 
19brother, Joe Pieroni; 2 sisters, Amy Pieroni and Terry (Eric) 
20Ostini; his father-in-law, Jack Hay; 2 sisters-in-law, Debbie

1(Bob) Hurckes and Gina (Steve) Woo; a nephew, Nicolas Ostini; 
2and 3 nieces, Isabella Ostini and Emily and Amanda Woo; 
3therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Ernest A. Pieroni; and 
7be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Ernest Pieroni as an expression of 
10our sympathy.
