SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Rose Wisniewski who passed away on July
425, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Rose Wisniewski was a member of St. Patrick's
6Church for over 60 years; she was active in many church clubs,
7organizations, and school functions, including, library mother
8for St. Patrick's School, St. Patrick's School and JCHS Mothers
9clubs, the Band Parents Associations for Joliet Catholic Grade
10School, Joliet Catholic High School and Joliet Central High
11School, Cub Scout Den Mother and Brownie Leader, Senior
12Citizens Association, St. Patrick's CCW, former member of the
1355 Club, Town and Country senior bowling league, and the Toni
14Travelers; she served as a Democratic election judge for many
15years; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Rose Wisniewski was preceded in death by her
17husband, Leo Wisniewski, Sr.; her parents, Andrew and Rose (nee
18Cortese) Varello; her 3 sisters, Margaret (Martin) Jurvich,
19Mary (Richard) Fenoglio, and an infant sister, Rose; and her
20brother, Dominic (Rose) Varello; and
 
21    WHEREAS, Rose Wisniewski is survived by her 2 sons, Leo D.
22and Robert F. Wisniewski; her daughter, Andrea (Rob)

1Richardson; her 2 grandchildren, Eric and Kristin Richardson;
2and numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
5Rose Wisniewski, and extend our sincere condolences to her
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
7further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Rose Wisniewski as an expression of
10our deepest sympathy.
