SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Zach Dungy, who passed away on July 21, 
42015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Zach Dungy was born on October 3, 2001 in Mount 
6Vernon; his parents were Matthew and Andrea (nee Stewart) 
7Dungy; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Zach Dungy loved life and lived it to the fullest; 
9he lived by his Coach Curtis Smith's motto "Go a 110 percent 
10and leave it on the floor"; he loved his friends, hunting, 
11camping, fishing, and sports, especially basketball; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Zach Dungy was a member of 4-H and worked for K & 
13S Bit; when he got home from school, he always asked where his 
14dad was so that he could help him in the fields; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Zach Dungy was preceded in death by his 
16great-grandparents, Wesley Conner, Drennan and Genevieve 
17Dungy, Harold and Madeline Medler, and Verl and Alice Stewart; 
18and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Zach Dungy is survived by his parents; a sister, 
20Addie Dungy; his grandparents, Jerrel and Katie Dungy and Lloyd

1and Judy Stewart; a great-grandmother, Erma Lee Conner; his 
2uncles and aunts, Joey and Rhea Eva Hutchcraft and Karen Kay 
3Miller; his special cousins, Brent and Susan Morris; several 
4cousins; and his many friends; therefore, be it
  
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Zach Dungy; and be it 
8further
  
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
10presented to the family of Zach Dungy as an expression of our 
11sympathy.
