SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Russell E. "Russ" Marineau of Naperville, 
4who passed away on July 27, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Russ Marineau was a Naperville resident since 
61966; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Russ Marineau retired from IBM after 32 years; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Russ Marineau was a former Chairman for HURRAH 
9(District 203 Volunteer Program) for the past 24 years; he was 
10a member of SS. Peter & Paul Church; he was an avid golfer and 
11Green Bay Packer fan; he was a dedicated supporter of all of 
12his grandchildren's activities; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Russ Marineau was preceded in death by his 
14brother, William Marineau; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Russ Marineau was the beloved husband of over 59 
16years of Ann Marineau; the cherished father of William "Bill" 
17(Dee Dee) Marineau, Nancy (John) Picton, Jane (Chris) Loan, Sue 
18(Chris) Saar, and Lynn (Steve) Klein; the dearest grandfather 
19of Russell and Joseph Marineau, Scott and Matt Picton, Megan 
20and Kevin Saar, and Allison and Michael Klein; and the fond

1brother of Peggy (Marv) Patz; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Russell E. "Russ" Marineau, and extend our sincere condolences 
5to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
6it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to  the family of  Russ Marineau as an expression of 
9our deepest sympathy.
