| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Steven Nincic of Wood Dale, who passed |
| 4 | | away on August 2, 2015; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Steven Nincic was the beloved husband of Nicole; |
| 6 | | the dearest
father of Payton and Makayla; the loving son of |
| 7 | | Vidosav and
Juliana; the dear brother of Robert and Suzanne |
| 8 | | (John); the loving
grandson of Marija and the late Josef Higi; |
| 9 | | the dear son-in-law
of Dan and Jeannette Sabia; the cherished |
| 10 | | brother-in-law of
Danielle and Samantha; the dear nephew of |
| 11 | | Josef and Eva
Higi; and the fond uncle of many; therefore, be |
| 12 | | it

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Steven Nincic, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 16 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
