SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Annette E. Kastning of Woodstock, who
4passed away on August 10, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Annette Kastning was born on January 12, 1942 to
6Arthur Priegnitz, Sr. and Ella Wienke; she married Willard
7Kastning, Sr. on March 3, 1962; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Annette Kastning was very passionate about being a
9school bus driver for Crystal Lake ISD District 155, and did so
10for 28 years; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Annette Kastning loved to cook and collect many
12recipes; she also enjoyed knitting scarves and made many
13blankets, hats, and mittens for her grandchildren whom she
14loved very much; she also loved spending time with family and
15friends; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Annette Kastning was preceded in death by her
17parents, and her husband, Willard; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Annette Kastning is survived by her 2 daughters,
19Gloria (Chris) Golbeck and Angela (Ed) Plummer; her 3 sons,
20Willard, Jr. (Cathy) Kastning, John (Sue) Kastning, and Bruce

1(Dawn) Kastning; her 11 grandchildren; her 3
2great-grandchildren; her sister, Mary (Edward) Manke; and her
3brother, Arthur (Nancy) Priegnitz, Jr.; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
6Annette E. Kastning, and extend our sincere condolences to her
7family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
8further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Annette Kastning as an expression of
11our deepest sympathy.
