| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Frank M. Lieber; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Frank Lieber was the beloved husband of Barbara |
| 5 | | (nee Arnheim); the loving father of Dr. Larry (Susan) Lieber, |
| 6 | | Catherine Lieber (Dr. Rony) Shimony, and Michael (Lynne) |
| 7 | | Lieber; the proud grandfather of Scott (Tina) Lieber, Danielle |
| 8 | | Lieber, Daniel Shimony, Emma Shimony, James Lieber, Benjamin |
| 9 | | Lieber, and Jack Lieber; and the caring brother of Jean Eskind; |
| 10 | | therefore, be it

| 11 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 12 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 13 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Frank M. Lieber; and |
| 14 | | be it further

| 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 | | presented to the family of Frank Lieber as an expression of our |
