| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Timothy John Koziol of Bloomingdale, who |
| 4 | | passed away on September 8, 2015; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Timothy Koziol was born on September 8, 1962 in |
| 6 | | Chicago; his parents were Virginia and Richard Koziol; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Timothy Koziol was the husband of Sandra (Klein) |
| 8 | | Koziol; the father of Trace and Banana; the brother of Kevin |
| 9 | | (Anne), Ronald, Tommy, Terry (Amy), Richie, and Linda (John) |
| 10 | | Slick; the brother-in-law of Sheri (Klein) D'Ambrose and Susie |
| 11 | | Klein; the uncle of many nieces and nephews; and the friend of |
| 12 | | many; therefore, be it

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 15 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Timothy John Koziol; |
| 16 | | and be it further

| 17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 | | presented to the family of Timothy Koziol as an expression of |
| 19 | | our sympathy.
