| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Tony Bruno of Gurnee, who passed away on |
| 4 | | September 4, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tony Bruno served as a B-29 side gunner in the |
| 6 | | United States Army Air Forces during World War II; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Tony Bruno retired from Johnson Motors in 1986 |
| 8 | | after 36 years of service; after his retirement, he and his |
| 9 | | wife enjoyed traveling and visiting friends and relatives; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Tony Bruno is preceded in death by his loving wife |
| 11 | | of 61 years, Marie (nee McGill), and his parents, Peter and |
| 12 | | Theresa Bruno; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Tony Bruno is survived by his brother, James |
| 14 | | (Myrna) Bruno; his children, Karen (Joseph) Peeples, Dr. |
| 15 | | Michael (Cindy) Bruno, Kathy (Greg) Verenski, Teresa (Glenn) |
| 16 | | Luce, and Robbi Ratkovich; his grandchildren, Carrie, Chris, |
| 17 | | Jeff, Kevin, Sara, Michelle, Brianne, and Alyssa; and his |
| 18 | | great-grandchild, Harrison; therefore, be it
