SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Mary Louise Cashman, who passed away on
4August 27, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Mary Louise Cashman was born on February 9, 1954
6and grew up in Mundelein; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Mary Louise Cashman was the founder and CEO of the
8Changing Tomorrow Today Foundation for orphaned children in
9Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Mary Louise Cashman attended Carmel High School
11and Southern Illinois University; she subsequently obtained
12master's degrees from DePaul University and Norwich
13University; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Mary Louise Cashman was the beloved daughter of
15Paul and Wanda Parker; the devoted mother of Nickolas (Allison)
16Ruzicka and Kaytlin Ruzicka; the stepmother of Kelli (Ruzicka)
17Clark; the loving sister of Kathleen (Norman) Bruvold, Margaret
18Ely, and Valerie (James) Parker; the beloved wife of Richard
19Cashman and a living example for his children, Stephanie
20(Shane) Stewart and Craig (Lauren) Cashman; and the dear aunt
21of many nieces and nephews and their children; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Mary Louise Cashman;
4and be it further
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Mary Louise Cashman as an expression
7of our sympathy.
