SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of William E. Egan; and
 
4    WHEREAS, William Egan was a member of the Harmony Club and
5a 65-year member of IBEW Local 134; he was also a former
6parishioner of the Santa Maria del Popolo Church for 50 years;
7and
 
8    WHEREAS, William Egan was preceded in death by his loving
9wife, Mary; his parents, Frank and Anne Egan; his brother, John
10Egan; his sisters, Annette (John) Weatherwax and Mary Newkirk;
11and his brother-in-law, Marvin Fleege; and
 
12    WHEREAS, William Egan is survived by his children,
13Catherine (Wayne) Kencharek, Patricia (Michael) Miller, Eileen
14(Jerry) Cleaveland, Timothy (Mary Jo) Egan, William (Cindy)
15Egan, Edward (Donna) Egan, Loretta (Steven) Markese, Mary
16(Jeff) Gertsen, and Daniel (Patricia) Egan; his 31
17grandchildren; his 20 great-grandchildren; his brother, Thomas
18Patrick (Patricia) Egan; his sister, Marjorie Fleege; his
19sister-in-law, Patricia Egan; and his brother-in-law, William
20Newkirk; therefore, be it
 
21    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
2family and friends, mourn the passing of William E. Egan; and
3be it further
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
5presented to the family of William Egan as an expression of our
6sympathy.
