| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Janet Lynn Washburn of Gurnee, who passed |
| 4 | | away on July 14, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Janet Washburn was born on March 3, 1947 in Mt. |
| 6 | | Vernon; her parents were Deward and Jean (nee Church) Kerley; |
| 7 | | she married Kenneth J. Washburn on October 5, 1963 at |
| 8 | | Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Waukegan; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Janet Washburn was preceded in death by her |
| 10 | | parents and her sister, Beverly Riddle; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Janet Washburn is survived by her loving husband |
| 12 | | of 51 years, Kenneth; her children, Todd (Penny) Washburn and |
| 13 | | Kelli (Mike) Cairo; her grandchildren, Kyle Washburn, Josh |
| 14 | | Washburn, Adam Cairo, Sean Cairo, and Ty Cairo; her sister, |
| 15 | | Murt (Robert) Fugett; her brothers-in-law, Bill (Barb) |
| 16 | | Washburn and Tom (Shirley) Washburn; her sisters-in-law, |
| 17 | | Louanne (Jerry) Mateja, Kathy (Dave) Ferri, and Anne (Terry) |
| 18 | | Drennan; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
