SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Lisa Kay Leach of Springfield, who passed
4away on July 12, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Lisa Leach was born in Lincoln on August 27, 1964
6to Charles and Margaret "Peg" Gard Lindsey; she married James
7Patrick Leach on September 7, 1991; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Lisa Leach was the Human Resources Director for
9Springfield Pepsi and formerly worked for the Eaton Corporation
10for 17 years; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Lisa Leach was a member of the MUNI Board of
12Directors; she was very devoted to the MUNI and also ran its
13concessions; she was a former board member of CIC-SHRM; she
14enjoyed Gone with the Wind, Little House on the Prairie, Friday
15Brides Day, and Air Supply; she loved her monthly gatherings
16with the Hell Ladies and riding roller coasters; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Lisa Leach was preceded in death by her mother,
18Margaret "Peg" Lindsey; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Lisa Leach is survived by her husband, James; her
20daughter, Lindsey (DJ) Rudd; her son, Dylan Leach; her father,

1Charles Lindsey; her sisters, Debbie Lindsey and Becky (Bob)
2Huddleston; her brother, Steve (April) Lindsey; and several
3aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and
4great-nephews; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Lisa Kay Leach, and extend our sincere condolences to her
8family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Lisa Leach as an expression of our
12deepest sympathy.
