SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Andy Maul of rural Jacksonville, who 
4passed away on September 11, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Andy Maul was born on September 25, 1978 in 
6Jacksonville; his parents were Russell L. Maul and Debora K. 
7Sturdy Maul; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Andy Maul graduated from Jacksonville High School 
9in 1996 and from Western Illinois University in 2000; he was an 
10active member of the AGR Fraternity during college; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Andy Maul had a passion for ATV racing and pursued 
12his interest by owning and operating Maul Tech ATV in rural 
13Jacksonville; he was also a partner with his father in Maul 
14Farms; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Andy Maul was a member of Literberry Christian 
16Church in Literberry; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Andy Maul enjoyed spending time with his daughters 
18and trips to the family's cabin in Canada; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Andy Maul was preceded in death by his

1grandparents, John and Mary Maul; and
  
 
2    WHEREAS, Andy Maul is survived by his father, Russell 
3(Beth) Maul; his mother, Debbie Bartz; his daughters, Halle and 
4Chloe Maul; his siblings, Errol (Ashley) Maul, Jennifer (Clint) 
5Fanning, and Jason (Griselda) Dean; his grandparents, Elinor 
6Swain and Robert and Sandra McCollom; his special friend, 
7Sheila Watkins; and his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, 
8and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
10ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
11family and friends, mourn the passing of Andy Maul; and be it 
12further
  
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
14presented to the family of Andy Maul as an expression of our 
15sympathy.
