SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Ronald L. Baker of East Moline, who 
4passed away on October 8, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ronald Baker was born in Moline on December 31, 
61943 to Leonard Carl and Betty Jane Stoedter Baker; he married 
7Rhody Coon on December 5, 1974 in East Moline; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Ronald Baker owned and operated Son's & Dad's Home 
9Remodeling; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Ronald Baker loved playing bingo, fishing, and 
11camping; he enjoyed spending his free time fishing with Joe; he 
12loved the holidays because all the kids would be home; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Ronald Baker was preceded in death by his parents; 
14and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Ronald Baker is survived by his wife, Rhody; his 
16sons, Scott Delles and  Rick Delles (Melissa Gustafson); his 
17daughter, Crystal Delles (Kim Pauley); his grandchildren, 
18Brittney, Brandon, Amanda, Chyann, Justin, Jennifer, Daniel, 
19Katelynn, and Sarah; his 10 great-grandchildren; his 2 
20great-great-grandchildren; his brother, Joe (Marie) Goodman;

1and his sister, Pam Ward; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Ronald L. Baker, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to  the family of  Ronald Baker as an expression of our 
9deepest sympathy.
