| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Patrick "Pat" Casey, who passed away on |
| 4 | | October 2, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Pat Casey was originally from Chicago's West Side |
| 6 | | and was a long-time resident of the Edison Park neighborhood; |
| 7 | | and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Pat Casey was the beloved son of the late James |
| 9 | | and Peg (nee Sullivan); the much loved big brother of Colleen |
| 10 | | (TJ) Cahill, the late Jimmy Boy, Kevin CFD retired (Denise), |
| 11 | | Tom CFD (Kathleen), Bob CFD retired (Maureen), and Eileen; and |
| 12 | | the uncle of many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and |
| 13 | | nephews; therefore, be it

| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 16 | | Patrick "Pat" Casey, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 17 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 18 | | further

| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of Pat Casey as an expression of our |
| 21 | | deepest sympathy.
