SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of William Warren Ingram of Barberton, Ohio,
4who passed away on September 19, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, William Ingram was born in Memphis, Tennessee on
6September 15, 1935 to Bettie and William Ingram; and
 
7    WHEREAS, William Ingram moved to Cleveland, Ohio in the
8early 1950s, where he worked for many years at Bob Miller's and
9Nicolas Buick in Cleveland and Alliance, Ohio; he was most
10experienced as a parts and service manager in northeast Ohio;
11after he retired he became a chauffeur; and
 
12    WHEREAS, William Ingram loved to travel and was very active
13and devoted to God, his family, and his church; and
 
14    WHEREAS, William Ingram was preceded in death by his
15parents; his daughter, Patricia Ingram; and his son, Willie
16Darnelle Matthews; and
 
17    WHEREAS, William Ingram is survived by his wife, Ella; his
18children, Warren (Shirley), Sharon, Anthony, Carolyn, Marie,
19Evelyn (Deshawn) Dean, Linda (Todd), Charles (Latrece),
20Stephen (Denise), Derrick (Nicole), Stacia (Michael), Ravonn,

1William (Nickey), Jerry, I'Shana, Tyriene, Tanayjah Ingram,
2and Justice Ingram; his sister, Roberta Hurghery; his
3brother-in-law, Stanley "Butch" (Sherry); his spiritual son
4and daughter, Apostle and Pastor Talley; and a host of
5grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews,
6relatives, and friends; therefore, be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
9William Warren Ingram, and extend our sincere condolences to
10his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
11further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of William Ingram as an expression of
14our deepest sympathy.
