| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Frances Reilley Gerlach of Lake Forest, |
| 4 | | who passed away on September 28, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Frances Gerlach graduated magnum cum laude from |
| 6 | | Mundelein College; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Frances Gerlach was the former President of the |
| 8 | | Lake Forest Library Board; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Frances Gerlach was the wife of Paul; the mother |
| 10 | | of Anne Friday, Virginia (Roy) Howland, the late Daniel (Yonca) |
| 11 | | Gerlach, Susan (Michael) Clabby, and Thomas and Stephen |
| 12 | | Gerlach; and the grandmother of David and Laura Howland, Kate, |
| 13 | | Tess, Lucy, Tommy, and Henry Clabby, Gil and Lauren Gerlach, |
| 14 | | and Aysen, Jean, and Paul Gerlach; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 | | Frances Reilley Gerlach, and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 18 | | her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
