| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Ruby M. Ferro of Joliet, who passed away |
| 4 | | on October 30, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Ruby Ferro was born on August 24, 1928 to Maurice |
| 6 | | and Ruby (nee Gray) Culo; she graduated from Joliet Township |
| 7 | | High School, and, before her marriage, she worked at the |
| 8 | | Gerlach-Barklow Calendar Company in Joliet; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Ruby Ferro loved doing crafts and made many |
| 10 | | memorable items for her family throughout the years; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Ruby Ferro was preceded in death by her parents; |
| 12 | | her sisters, Elaine (Bob) Ehrsam and Betty (Don) Hadala; and |
| 13 | | her brothers and sisters-in-law, Rolle and Lena Kurth, Tony and |
| 14 | | Rosella Ferro, and Leno and Rosie Giacomi; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Ruby Ferro is survived by her husband of 66 years, |
| 16 | | Peter A. Ferro; their 3 sons, Peter (Sharon), John (Rebecca), |
| 17 | | and Jim (Ann) Ferro; her 8 grandchildren, Nicholas (Missy) |
| 18 | | Ferro, Danielle (Jeff) Weiss, Allison (Matt) Marketti, Monica |
| 19 | | (Ned) Grabavoy, Vince Ferro, Doug (Angie) Ferro, Veronica |
| 20 | | Ferro, and Amanda Ferro; and her 11 great-grandchildren; |
