SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Lowell G. Mork of Milan, who passed away 
4on October 31, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Lowell Mork was born on August 11, 1920 in 
6Kenneth, Minnesota; his parents were Gustaf and Marie Mork; he 
7married Mary Pauline O'Conner on March 31, 1956; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Lowell Mork was self-employed as a chiropractor; 
9and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Lowell Mork served his country as a member of the 
11United States Army during World War II; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Lowell Mork enjoyed hunting and fishing; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Lowell Mork was preceded in death by his wife, 
14Mary; his parents; his sisters, Alice, Gladys, and Hazel; and 
15his brothers, David, Gustaf, Howard, Russell, Roger, Dale, and 
16Brice; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
19family and friends, mourn the passing of Lowell G. Mork; and be
