| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Theodore J. "Ted" Galvani, Sr. of Fort |
| 4 | | Myers Beach, Florida, formerly of Deerfield, who passed away on |
| 5 | | October 19, 2015; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Theodore Galvani, Sr. was born and raised in the |
| 7 | | Highwood and Highland Park areas; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Theodore Galvani, Sr. is survived by his first |
| 9 | | wife, Florence "Cookie" Galvani; his brother, Mario (Lydia) |
| 10 | | Galvani; his children, Theodore (Jean) Galvani, Jr., Jewel |
| 11 | | (Robert) Galvani-Lausted, Edith Galvani, Howard Galvani, and |
| 12 | | Michael (Marie) Purdy; his 9 grandchildren; and his 5 |
| 13 | | great-grandchildren; he was also the husband of 44 years of the |
| 14 | | late Mary Ann Galvani, the brother of the late Mildred "Millie" |
| 15 | | Lawler, and the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews; |
| 16 | | therefore, be it

| 17 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 18 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 19 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Theodore J. "Ted" |
| 20 | | Galvani, Sr.; and be it further
