SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Frank Joseph "Fritz" Juncer of Waukegan, 
4who passed away on October 31, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank Juncer was born on January 25, 1925 in North 
6Chicago; his parents were John and Martha Juncer; he married 
7Dorothy Wilson on June 28, 1947; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Frank Juncer attended Holy Family Church in North 
9Chicago and later St. Anastasia when he moved to Waukegan; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Frank Juncer retired from the Great Lakes Public 
11Work Center, where he worked as an equipment operator, after 37 
12years of service; following his retirement, he worked as the 
13school crossing guard for South School in North Chicago, where 
14he was fondly called "Mr. Fritz"; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Frank Juncer enjoyed gardening and yardwork; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Frank Juncer was preceded in death by his parents; 
17his brothers, Albert, Adolph, and Casimer; and his sisters, 
18Adeline Michna and Mary Shields; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Frank Juncer is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his

1son, Kenneth (Nancy); his siblings, John (Florence) Juncer and 
2Rita Montella; his sister-in-law, Millie Juncer; and his many 
3nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Frank Joseph Juncer; 
7and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Frank Juncer as an expression of our 
10sympathy.
