| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of John J. "Johnny Mac" McIntyre, Jr.; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, John McIntyre, Jr. was retired from the Chicago |
| 5 | | Police Department (CPD); and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, John McIntyre, Jr. was the loving father of Tracy, |
| 7 | | Christine, Melissa, and Margaret (Chad) Reynolds; the proud |
| 8 | | grandfather of Vincenzo, Christopher, Irelynne, Mia, and Kyla; |
| 9 | | the beloved friend of Carol Clock and her daughter, Danielle |
| 10 | | (Chris) Wendel; the devoted son of the late John and Mary Helen |
| 11 | | (nee Mahoney) McIntyre; the dear brother of Mary Ellen Smith, |
| 12 | | Loretta (Bob) Keehnast, Rosemary (Marty) Sloan, Thomas of the |
| 13 | | Chicago Police Department (Mary), and James (Carolyn) |
| 14 | | International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; and the |
| 15 | | cherished uncle, cousin, and friend of many; therefore, be it

| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 17 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
