| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Antony Paul Rowland of Rock Island, who |
| 4 | | passed away on November 12, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Paul Rowland was born in Cornwall, England on May |
| 6 | | 5, 1957 to Monica Elizabeth Sjoholm and George Rowland; he |
| 7 | | immigrated to the United States as a small child; he served in |
| 8 | | the United States Army; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Paul Rowland worked as a subcontractor, repairing |
| 10 | | and renewing apartment buildings; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Paul Rowland is survived by his mother, Monica |
| 12 | | Elizabeth Sjoholm; his father, George Rowland; and his |
| 13 | | daughter, Brittany Lee; therefore, be it
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 16 | | Antony Paul Rowland, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 17 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
