| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Wilman F. Oslund of East Moline, who |
| 4 | | passed away on November 8, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Wilman Oslund was born on February 29, 1932 in |
| 6 | | Moline; his parents were Fred and Lula Sampee Oslund; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Wilman Oslund retired from the United States Navy, |
| 8 | | having sailed around the world 2 and a half times; therefore, |
| 9 | | be it
|
| 10 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 11 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 12 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Wilman F. Oslund; and |
| 13 | | be it further
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 15 | | presented to the family of Wilman Oslund as an expression of |
| 16 | | our sympathy.
