| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of John E. "Jack" Guest of Davenport, Iowa, |
| 4 | | who passed away on November 28, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, John Guest was born on July 22, 1950 in Chicago; |
| 6 | | he married Jean Connelly on September 11, 1976; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, John Guest is survived by his wife, Jean; his |
| 8 | | children, Laura Klismith, Anna Miller, and Brian; his |
| 9 | | granddaughter, Julia; his mother, Therese Guest; his 4 |
| 10 | | brothers; and his 4 sisters; therefore, be it
|
| 11 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 12 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 13 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of John E. "Jack" Guest; |
| 14 | | and be it further
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 | | presented to the family of John Guest as an expression of our |
| 17 | | sympathy.
