| 4 | | WHEREAS, John Cradick was the devoted husband of Maureen |
| 5 | | (nee Kinsella); the loving father of Conor John, Charles |
| 6 | | Edward, and Megan Cassidy; the cherished son of Louise (nee |
| 7 | | Genova) and Thomas Cradick; the loving brother of Brian and |
| 8 | | Michael Cradick; the beloved grandson of the late Mary and the |
| 9 | | late George Cradick and Paul and the late Anna Marie (nee |
| 10 | | LaPaglia) Genova; the son-in-law of Eileen and Ed Kinsella; the |
| 11 | | brother-in-law of Katie (John) Scaletta and James Kinsella; the |
| 12 | | uncle of Emily, Ryan, and godson, Jake Scaletta; the godchild |
| 13 | | of Mary Anne Avram and George Cradick; the much loved nephew, |
| 14 | | great-nephew, and cousin to many; the special buddy to Jazz; |
