| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Janine M. Kaye, who passed away on |
| 4 | | December 4, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Janine Kaye was preceded in death by her |
| 6 | | grandparents, Joseph and Mary Dorr and John and Jennie Konopek; |
| 7 | | her aunt, Norine Mulbarger; her uncle, Leonard Dorr; and her |
| 8 | | cousin, Cynthia Dorr; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Janine Kaye is survived by her husband, Sean Kaye; |
| 10 | | her sons, Jacob and Logan; her parents, John and Rose Konopek; |
| 11 | | her brother, John (Maureen) Konopek; her niece, Caitlin; her |
| 12 | | nephews, Nick, Leo, Cole, John, and Caleb; and her many other |
| 13 | | family members and friends; therefore, be it
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her |
| 16 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Janine M. Kaye; and be |
| 17 | | it further

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of Janine Kaye as an expression of our |
| 20 | | sympathy.
