SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Margaret "Maggie" Pignaloni of Zion, who 
4passed away on December 16, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Margaret Pignaloni was a former member of Mother 
6of God Parish in Waukegan and was a member of St. Dismas Parish 
7at the time of her passing; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Margaret Pignaloni retired from St. Therese 
9Medical Center's Medical Records section after many years of 
10service; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Margaret Pignaloni was a lifelong member of KSKJ 
12Slovenian Organization of Waukegan; she loved camping, polka 
13dancing, playing bocci ball with her family and friends, and 
14the Chicago Cubs; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Margaret Pignaloni was preceded in death by her 
16husband, Louis; her parents, Ignatius and Margaret Grom; her 
17son-in-law, Richard Hartke; her 2 sisters; and her 5 brothers; 
18and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Margaret Pignaloni is survived by her children, 
20Marge (Dwayne) Colclough, Kathy (Tom) Yoder, Louis Pignaloni,

1and Mary Ann Hartke; and her grandchildren, Tony, Chris (D.J.), 
2Lidia (Nate), Bob, and Megan; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
5family and friends, mourn the passing of Margaret "Maggie" 
6Pignaloni; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Margaret Pignaloni as an expression 
9of our sympathy.
