SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Elizabeth "Betty Ann" O'Connell of 
4LaGrange; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Betty Ann was a volunteer and caregiver for 
6Alzheimer's patients at Lexington Health Care; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Betty Ann was  an avid Notre Dame fan; and



  
 
8    WHEREAS, Betty Ann was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 
91 sister; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Betty Ann was the beloved wife of the late 
11Phillip; the loving mother of Bernard (Marlene), Brian 
12(Kathleen), Denis, the late Mary Ellen, the late Rosemary, and 
13the late Timothy; the cherished grandmother of Peter Henry, 
14Sean Bernard, John Patrick "Jack", and Kevin Joseph; the dear 
15sister of Jack (Marge) Henry;  the fond sister-in-law of 
16Virginia (the late Tom) Moran and Ed O'Connell; and the loved 
17aunt of many; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
20Elizabeth "Betty Ann" O'Connell, and extend our sincere

1condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
2her; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to  the family of  Betty Ann as an expression of our
