SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Keith Wayne Kramer of Moline, who passed 
4away on December 21, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Keith Kramer was born on August 3, 1930 in 
6Muscatine, Iowa; his parents were LeRoy and Laura Hall Kramer; 
7he married Ina Whitman on April 25, 1953 in Davenport; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Keith Kramer served in the United States Marine 
9Corps during the Korean War; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Keith Kramer was an installer and service 
11technician for Freed Heating and Air Conditioning in Moline for 
1230 years until his retirement in 1995; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Keith Kramer was a member of the Korean War 
14Veterans Association and the Milan American Legion; he enjoyed 
15fishing, boating, and hunting; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Keith Kramer is survived by his wife, Ina; his 
17children and their spouses, Richard Kramer and Laurie 
18Beardsley, Rhonda and Ron Schuldt, Michael and Keri Kramer, and 
19Sheila Ristow; his 11 grandchildren; and his 3 
20great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Keith Wayne Kramer; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Keith Kramer as an expression of our 
7sympathy.
