SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Thomas L. Krack of Port Byron, who passed 
4away on January 1, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Thomas Krack was born on July 19, 1935 in Orion; 
6his parents were Albert Michael and Clara Edith Fuller Krack; 
7he married Lucy Grumadas; he later married Sylvia Jane Cullen 
8on August 18, 1989 in Berryville, Arkansas; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Thomas Krack served in the United States Marine 
10Corps; he retired from Moline Paint in shipping and receiving 
11after 32 years; after his retirement, he was employed by 
12National Railway; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Thomas Krack enjoyed bowling, woodworking, golf, 
14fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family and 
15friends; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Thomas Krack was preceded in death by his parents; 
17his daughter, Dora Goeden; his 3 brothers; and his 2 sisters; 
18and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Thomas Krack is survived by his wife, Sylvia Jane 
20Krack; his daughters, Mary (Joel) Hynes, Stacey (Craig)

1Jorgensen, Leilani (Michael) Beserra, Julie (Todd) Claus, 
2Janet Kelley, and Chris Bell; his 11 grandchildren; and his 11 
3great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Thomas L. Krack; and 
7be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Thomas Krack as an expression of our 
10sympathy.
