| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Paul C. Abbott, who passed away at the |
| 4 | | age of 92; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Paul Abbott served as a pilot in the United States |
| 6 | | Navy from 1942 to 1945; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Paul Abbott was the devoted husband for 62 years |
| 8 | | of the late Rose Abbott; the loving father of Patricia A. |
| 9 | | (Denny) Kortkamp, P. Waz (Amanda) Abbott, Susan M. Boundy, and |
| 10 | | Elizabeth R. Weiss; and the cherished grandfather of Katherine |
| 11 | | (Shane) Conklin and Travis (Danielle) Boundy; he is also |
| 12 | | survived by his former son-in-law, Edwin (Caroline) Boundy; his |
| 13 | | special friends, Terry and Barbara King; and his caregiver, |
| 14 | | Marc Aguja; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 17 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Paul C. Abbott; and be |
| 18 | | it further

| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of Paul Abbott as an expression of our |
| 21 | | sympathy.
