| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Lyndal L. Herschelman of Carlinville, who |
| 4 | | passed away on January 19, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lyndal Herschelman was preceded in death by his |
| 6 | | parents; his daughter, Amy Herschelman; his grandson, Nicholas |
| 7 | | Groves; and his brother, Harry Herschelman; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Lyndal Herschelman is survived by his wife, Mary |
| 9 | | Herschelman; his son, Steve Herschelman; his daughter, Kathy |
| 10 | | (Bill) Groves; his grandchildren; his 2 great-grandchildren; |
| 11 | | his brother, Fred (Phyllis) Herschelman; and several nieces and |
| 12 | | nephews; therefore, be it

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Lyndal L. Herschelman, and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 16 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 17 | | further

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of Lyndal Herschelman as an expression |
| 20 | | of our deepest sympathy.
