SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Garald L. Savage of East Moline, who 
4passed away on February 6, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Garald Savage was born August 6, 1949 in Cordova; 
6his parents were George and Patricia (nee Lewis) Savage; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Garald Savage served in the United States Army and 
8was a siding sub-contractor; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Garald Savage enjoyed being outdoors, especially 
10fishing, and being with his grandchildren; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Garald Savage was preceded in death by his 
12parents; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Garald Savage is survived by his children, 
14Georgina and Jason Springer, Garald Savage, Jr., and John 
15Savage; his grandchildren, Samantha Savage and Hunter 
16Springer; and his special companion, Sandy Kane; therefore, be 
17it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his

1family and friends, mourn the passing of Garald L. Savage; and 
2be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to the family of Garald Savage as an expression of
