SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of John N. Belcaster, Jr. of Chicago, who 
4passed away at the age of 32; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, John Belcaster, Jr. was an avid guitarist for 23 
6years; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, John Belcaster, Jr. and his brother and favorite 
8band mate, Michael, loved music and video games; and
  
 

  
9    WHEREAS, John Belcaster, Jr. was the beloved father of 
10Jameson H. Belcaster; the loving son of Elizabeth Murray 
11Belcaster and John N. Belcaster, Sr.; the dear brother of 
12Michael (Nicole) Belcaster; the proud uncle of Zoey Belcaster; 
13the dear grandson of Daniel and the late Judith Murray; the 
14fond nephew of Daniel (Millie) Murray, Mary Jo (Ken) Raysby, 
15Brian (Jacqueline) Murray, and Thomas (Donna) Murray; and the 
16dear cousin of Kenny, Danny (Marisa), Kellie (Tony), Sean, 
17Shannon, Jack, Ryan, Alex, Dan, and the late Brian; therefore, 
18be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
21John N. Belcaster, Jr., and extend our sincere condolences to
