| 5 | | WHEREAS, Dolores Levar was born on May 10, 1930; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Dolores Levar was the beloved wife and best friend |
| 7 | | for 65 years of Joseph Levar, Jr.; the loving mother of the |
| 8 | | Hon. Patrick J., Sr. (Mary Ann), Michael (Joan), Thomas |
| 9 | | (Debra), Gerald (Robbin), Joseph III, and Daniel (Robin); the |
| 10 | | devoted grandmother of Patrick, Jr. (Jeanene), Michelle, Ryan, |
| 11 | | Julie, Michael, Jr. (Frannie), Jeffrey, Nicole, Thomas (Alain |
| 12 | | Fulara), Lauren (Patrick) Graney, Brandon, Austin, Joseph IV, |
| 13 | | and Christina; the cherished great-grandmother of 7; the dear |
