| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Eric Philip Krall, who passed away on |
| 4 | | February 6, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Eric Krall was born on October 18, 1983 in Oak |
| 6 | | Lawn and grew up in Shorewood; his parents were Philip and Mary |
| 7 | | (nee Gimpel) Krall; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Eric Krall graduated from St. Jude's Catholic |
| 9 | | Grade School in 1998 and Providence Catholic High School in |
| 10 | | 2002; he subsequently earned a bachelor's degree in history and |
| 11 | | political science from the University of St. Francis; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Eric Krall was a poster child for Easter Seals at |
| 13 | | age 3 and regularly served as a host for the entertainment |
| 14 | | portion of the Easter Seals Telethon as a young man; he played |
| 15 | | basketball in grade school and became tech savvy at a very |
| 16 | | young age; he developed an insatiable interest in history and |
| 17 | | politics, the Civil War in particular; he was also a member of |
| 18 | | the Law Club in high school and the Young Republicans in |
| 19 | | college; and |
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Eric Krall began working at Best Buy in high |
| 21 | | school and continued at the Joliet store until his recent |
