SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Ethel V. Cajthaml of Johnsburg, who
4passed away on February 12, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Ethel Cajthaml was born on July 1, 1919 in
6Chicago; her parents were Anton and Bessie (nee Hruby) Nykl;
7she married Albert A. Cajthaml on August 1, 1940 in Chicago;
8she and her husband moved to Johnsburg in 1952, setting up
9residence on the Fox River; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Ethel Cajthaml was a homemaker and enjoyed raising
11her children; she also loved fishing and animals; she was very
12creative and a talented artist and enjoyed helping out at
13school when her children were young; she also loved doing
14ceramics and spending time with her family and friends; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Ethel Cajthaml was preceded in death by her
16husband; her son, Anton R. Cajthaml; her brothers, Chester and
17Clarence Nykl; her parents; and her grandparents, Frank and
18Anna Hruby; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Ethel Cajthaml is survived by her sons, Albert
20(Vikki) Cajthaml and Mike (Debbie) Cajthaml; her
21grandchildren, Brandon (Tiffany) Cajthaml, Shannon (Jeff),

1Mike (Ashley) Cajthaml, Jr., Tony Cajthaml, and Alexandria
2Cajthaml; her great-grandchildren, Colin and Chole Cajthaml,
3Olivia and Nolan Glab, and Cameron Cajthaml; and her
4daughter-in-law, Michaelene Cajthaml; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Ethel V. Cajthaml; and
8be it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Ethel Cajthaml as an expression of
11our sympathy.
