SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Charles P. Cossaboon of East Moline, who 
4passed away on March 20, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Charles Cossaboon was born in Chester County, 
6Pennsylvania to Charles and Sadie Cossaboon on October 19, 
71938; he married Eva McCoy on February 14, 1977; and
  
 

  
8    WHEREAS, Charles Cossaboon was preceded in death by his 
9wife, Eva; his parents; and his brother, John; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Charles Cossaboon is survived by his siblings, 
11George (Wendy), Linda (Sean) McDonnell, Arnold (Marilyn) 
12Williamson, and Bobby (Roseanne) Williamson; therefore, be it
  
 
13    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
14ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
15Charles P. Cossaboon, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
16family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
17further
  
 
18    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
19presented to  the family of  Charles Cossaboon as an expression 
20of our deepest sympathy.
