| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Charles Blank of Deerfield, who passed |
| 4 | | away on March 24, 2016 at the age of 77; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Charles Blank was a proud United States Marine |
| 6 | | Veteran; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Charles Blank was preceded in death by his |
| 8 | | siblings John and Diane; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Charles Blank was the beloved husband of Arlys; |
| 10 | | the loving father of Robyn (Jason), Vicki (David), Greta, |
| 11 | | Karen, and Kurt; the fond brother of Jeanette (Fred); the |
| 12 | | loving grandfather of Brian, Jackie, Caden, Jenna, Trent, Quin, |
| 13 | | Talia, and Maya; and brother-in-law to Karen and Gary; |
| 14 | | therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 | | Charles Blank, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 18 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
